Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before your arrival date. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are subject to a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.
Yes, the Family Suite is designed with families in mind. We provide cots, high chairs, and age-appropriate amenities upon request. The bunk beds are perfect for children, and our garden and play areas offer plenty of outdoor fun.
Absolutely. We are happy to arrange special touches such as welcome flowers, champagne, birthday cakes, or extra pillows. Simply let us know when booking or contact us before your stay.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Deposit & Payment
A deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is taken at the time of booking, and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. The full amount is to be paid for bookings made within 4 weeks of the arrival day.
Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an immediate email confirmation with your booking details, check-in instructions, and access information.
Payment Options
We accept Credit Card, Bank Transfer, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway.
By completing your reservation, you agree to our terms and conditions. A signed rental agreement will be sent to you via email for your records.
Standard Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 28 days before arrival receive a full refund minus a small administration fee. The deposit is fully refundable within this period.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made 14-28 days before arrival forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are charged at 100% of the booking total.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking to protect against unforeseen cancellations, delays, and medical emergencies.
Force Majeure
In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule your stay or provide a full refund.
